Roadtrek Agile SS (2017) Shore Power Questions

Hi there,

we are new to RVing and have just purchased a 2017 RT Agile SS. It has the UHG, two Ecotrek lithium batteries and 200W solar power. We haven't yet used the van for any trips and have been testing the various systems on our driveway. We are concerned that there may be a problem with the shore power: if we connect a shore power cable I expected the shore power LEDs on the inverter control panels to illuminate, confirming we were connected to shore power. However, the LEDs don't light up. We have tried troubleshooting with different adapters and connecting both to household power and a nearby 30 amp campsite source but no joy.

My questions: Should the shore power LED on the inverter panel be lit whenever shore power is connected? Is there any other way to tell whether shore power is working? Could there be another switch or setting that needs to be checked?

The batteries have good charge and we can run the AC appliances off the lithium batteries so everything seems to operate fine, it's just the shore power that appears to be an issue.
