New to us - all side lights are on when we drive even overhead lights back and front. Lever says “0” and headlights. All lights are on in the “0” position- is this right can we turn overhead lights off? Should they be on?

I may be wrong. I have a PW 2016 Lexor on Ram Promaster. The default is leave running lights on. For my Ram Promaster, I went into the settings menu on radio. You can adjust so running lights do not automatically come on whenever you drive the vehicle. Take a look at user manual to verify this. Best of Luck!
