Question Removal of Patio Dome Light Cover

Hello again. Don't know if this is the correct thread to post this but... does anyone have any idea how to remove the clear patio lens cover installed on my 2014 190 Popular? Ideally I would like to find an amber lens that will fit but I would be content changing out the white LED’s for yellow ones. I see that the light cover has four (4) tabs (one (1) on each side and two (2) on the bottom of the cover) but I have pushed, lifted and cussed at these tabs with no success in removing? I would hate to break the cover in the process. Is there some secret kabuki dance that I have to do? Pls see attached jpeg. BTW does any one know the manufacturer of same? I chatted with Roadtrek and all I got is that they are ordered from China. Go figure. As always thank you for sharing your expertise.

Default Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then...

Well after much tinkering, scratching my head and thinking, I broke the nut on how to gain access to the patio light on a 2014 Roadtrek 190 Popular. If you follow the attached JPEGs it will walk you through the process. In retrospect it's not that difficult.

In my application I will paint the white cover black and after consulting with my LED light provider (www.superbrightleds.com) on a potential after market solution, hopefully I will be able to replace the stock white LED with an amber one...

I must really be the odd duck out as no one else has expressed a displeasure with the super bright stock light in the patio light. Although I like the brightness, I do not appreciate its inherent capability to draw bugs to it. I am hopeful that an amber colored light will mitigate that problem. With all due respect I assume Roadtrek expects this LED to last forever... Happy mod'ing to all! Let me know what ya think.
