Default Promaster Zion 12V battery

Hi, can anyone help me find out what the OEM battery is and where it is on the Zion camper van?

Trying to determine feasibility of upgrading it to an LFP battery but not the ecotrek module.

Thanks in advance...

TWO suggestions call GeneralRV.com as they sell the model and I'm only guessing but some Class B have located the Battery under the Passengers Seat area. Another idea is to look for your inverter and note the location of the RED power cable as the battery may be located on the same side and if you can spot the cable see if it runs forward or back should help locater the location. Now I don't work for anyone and about all I know is they are made in Germany correct? If you can ask them as the work on them and that should be a simple question. Good Luck

i owned a zion 2015 with the agm battery

it was a Northstar sms agm 400. but beware the 400 stands for reserve capacity NOT amp hours

https://www.northstarbattery.com/product/sms-agm400

it was placed on it's side in the battery box

I also think you need to clarify your question. I'm talking about the 'house battery' added by roadtrek for the house section, some people are answering the starting battery for the promaster van. the starting battery for the promaster van is between the seats. remove the carpet and open the hatch

Unless an upfitter moves it, the Promaster battery is in the floor in front of the driver's seat and rear of the pedals. It is most likely an AGM.

Welcome to the forum ElectricLove!

I saw your other thread post that suggests you were looking for, and found, a 150Ah lithium coach battery that will work in your Zion. Correct?
