Default Outlets not working

I just purchased an used 2018 Roadtrek Simplicity. The outlets are not working even when hooked up to shore power. All the other appliances and lights are working.
Any ideas what be causing this?
Thanks
Candy

Check the fuse

Check the GFI

Which appliances are working?
Fridge works on 12v DC
Lights work on 12v DC

microwave works on AC

THere could be a small inverter for the TV

With shore power disconnected and the inverter turned on, same condition?

It is probably covered on about page 31 of your manual, 2017 manual, mentioned above.

It's not a blown fuse because the fuses in the panel address 12 volt circuits. But BBQ's suggestion to check GFIs seems spot on. The TV/DVD outlet is GFI protected and since the TV works, it's not tripped. But all the other 20V outlets are protected by a separate GFI which is in the breaker panel. Look for a tripped breaker.
