Did you ever get an answer on this? Having the same issue with a RoadTrek Etrek 2017.

Default Checking in to see if there is resolution to the problem

I have a 2017 Roadtrek E-Trek with the same issue - inverters won't turn on but batteries are charged. Please share the resolution or leads that you've discovered.

I have a 2017 Roadtrek CS Adventurous. The inverter will not turn on, in the back under the bed the inverter apparently has no electricity. I hit the reset button, but with no electricity that is a futile effortIn addition we have a eco trek solar charger that is also "off". I have plugged in to shore power and the inverter won't turn on to accept shore power. I am a bit puzzled. I did just have the windshield replaced last week (Mercedes Sprinter). I have done all of the tricks I know and am looking for ideas. The fuses and breakers seem fine. There seems to be power in the 4 lithium batteries. I have a blue light for each, but when I hit reset the is no "clunk". It just seems like the entire electrical side of the Roadtrek is not functioning.

Check to see if your inverter has become unplugged from an outlet ..maybe located directly above inverter. Have to remove inverter access door and stick head under bed, look above inverter with flashlight to see if plug has vibrated out of outlet.
Happened to me on 13C190P. Outlets fed be inverted wouldn't work until plug was reinserted into outlet.

We had the same thing happen in June of this year to my 2012 190 Ranger. We ran over three home-made, unannounced speed-bumps at 50MPH. The impact knocked the plug out. The trick is to find the plug.

The only thing that comes to mind is it might be that battery under the hood on the right side as you look at Sprinter from in front. I think in this case the whole RV side was dead. It is a long heavy battery, top driver side. Give that a look. I’ll give it some thought.
