We will need a lot more information; such as how you are attempting to charge, from the engine generator or from the plug-in, or both. What have you done attempting to charge the system. Without more information we are just wildly throwing out whatever crosses our minds.
the new boldt seems like the house current won't charge. Ran2 hours at 1500 or so rpm and attempted charge on house 115 with a current reducer attached to the supplied black charging cable. Has not gained any juice. Sitting in our driveway. Are we supposed to turn off green light to conserve power? Solar light green solid and blink amber but dial shows no increase in battery charge. ?????
If both sources failed to increase charge in the batteries then the battery probably has isolated itself with its built in battery management system (BMS). I suggest checking the manual for how to restart the battery in this case.
Question: if the is a new Boldt, why isn't the dealer helping?
