Angry Electrical issues

I have a 2017 Winnebago Travato. last week all the electric went out in the cabin. First we noticed the electrical plugs went out, the next day the rest of the electrical components went out. The generator does not have juice to it to even try to start. This is with the unit plugged in. The van starts and runs just fine, just nothing to the living area. The only thing working is the solar recharge panel is working. Everything else is caput!!!. AC, microwave, lights, USB ports, everything. Any ideas what it could be?

Time to get out the owner's manual. Obviously, the house battery is dead, but the AC circuits should be alive with shore power. Maybe a fuse or circuit breaker tripped.

Thanks for you input Tom. I was able to contact Winnebago this morning and he strongly thinks the master switch is bad since all the electric is out. seems like an easy fix.
