cobra inverter any good ??

i just got an ad for a cobra inverter that has 850watts power and 1600 watts peak for 49.99 and they have another with 1500watts and 3000 power peak . for 119.99 are these good inverters and is that a good price says limited qaunities close out buy from cobra . it says the 850 will run laptop, camcorder, lamp drill, vcr/tv combo sump pump and blender the 1500 watt says it will run a 60 inch tv , fan iron and all the above . anyone know anything about these converters and this brand ??? they have multiple outlets , low voltage/overload/thermal shut down protection and more . please if anyone knows let me know as soon as possible , thanks !!

I don't know much about them in particular but the Cobra brand has been around for a while. They usually have nice features like the ability to plug in a remote on/off switch.

1500 watt inverters should power most small microwave ovens, coffee makers etc. The battery bank size and the wiring is very important.
