Default Alarm: New ecotrek RS

I picked up a new 2018 RS over the weekend. After running the fridge for a bit on battery, I'm getting an alarm when I switch the inverter on. The alarm light is Only shown on the remote panel up front. There don't appear to be any lights on the inverter itself that signal anything unusual (only lit indicator is INV Mode). I have an inverter that just has a series of LEDs for faults not seperate screen I can find.

The inverter beeps but appears to be working fine microwave etc is functional and battery voltage shows about 3.5v and appears to be charging when I drive.

Any help in figuring out what might be wrong would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the system, but 3.5V is seriously low.

I think it's a 12V system - meaning the lithium batteries are ~12V. If so, 3.5 is way too low to run anything.
