AC/Heat Pump Fan issue? 1st Post

Hi all,

First post
Ive just recently purchased a 2004 Roadtrek Dodge ..
When i got it the face in the center worked drawing air out on batteries and shore power.
When i plugged into shore the AC heat pump didnt work..
Checked the thermostat no power to it..
As I checked it again the Thermostat sparked and the AC heat etc all work..

Now the fan doesnt work in the center /skylight but when I turn the knobs it controls the on/off for the A/C heat pump??

Is this normal?
And if not any suggestions..

Changed thermostat ...now the fan in the middle works but the ac/heat unit doesnt come on on shore power...?

I guess theres a short somewhere ..
