2021 Galleria Inverter/Charger Not Working

Went to get RV out of barn for a trip and found the House battery dead while plugged into shore power. I started the engine and ran for 3 hours getting the house power up over 60%.

The Freedom XC PRO 3000 panel and remote panels are both blank and pushing power buttons does nothing.

The Firefly Eclipse panel is showing the Inverter and Charger are both "Disabled". When I push the disable box a green dot appears but nothing happens. Went to Inverter/Charger settings page and toggled between Sleep and Wake but no change.

I checked and toggled all breakers and 30 amp fuses that are visable and all are good.

I gave Xantrex a call and they said there is no way to software disable the Charger/Inverter. They want me to pull Inverter/Charger out and test power levels.

Firefly verified the firmware revisions, pointed out that their system is just reporting and suggested I take it to the dealer.

Dealer gave me an appointment for Nov 2nd

I am not clear of your Xantrex is actually on, is Xantrex’s transfer relay passing AC to outlets? If you have GFCI outlet its green LED should be on.

What battery system does your Galleria have in it? I think they came with either AGM or lithium?
