2008 Roadterk triplite charger/inverter

So I have replaced 3 of these charger/inverters in different Roadtreks, I am wondering if they have inherent problems? It seems to be on the ones that I have replaced that the fans stopped working so the charger cuts off? They will start to charge then no fan and click, no charging? Do you think replacing the fan would work? Looking for the cheap fix.
