2008 Blue Boliy - no idle on 'econo'-

Right out of the box new , proper prep and setup for first start, and we have a NO IDLE on econo mode. Sure , phoned them and good communication so far , looked inside the unit with both covers off , found a pile of wire cuttings and 2 10mm nuts just laying inside the bottom cover. Yes it's cheaply put together , and sure I figured I would find a small disconected wire , but it looks like the electric step motor on top of the carb is no good . I've also repaired a broken connection at the rocker switch yellow wire that's attached to the heat sink ( a ground wire ). I guess you get what you pay for, some will work, some won't and you take your chances ! .

That's really too bad.

It seems like a real roll-of-the-dice as to whether a purchaser will get one that is good or one that needs work.
