Default 2002 roadtrek versitile 200 wiring issue

Recently bought a RT 200 versitile and the plug for the fridge doesnt work . It is wired in conjunction with the outlet under the rear passenger sear that doesnt work either. There is power coming out of the breaker but not getting to the plugs. If I put external power into one of the plugs they both work but no currant going back to the breaker. I also tested both wires at the fusebox for continuity but currant doesnt get to the plugs in either of them. there must be a junction somewhere because only one wire leaves the breaker to feed two plugs. Seems strange that there would be a failure in both wires in the cable, Would there be a GFI or some other safety switch that I am missing? Thanks

On my GWV I have 2 GFI outlets. One outlet on the outside of the van and one in the kitchen area.

some models ( like my Pleasure Way) have a GFCI in the bathroom near the sink

other outlets such as the galley and outside are on that same GFCI

Please reply once your issue is resolved so that others can learn. GFCI is the issue most likely
