The 320x240 size looks good.

The are two choices 320x240 and 640x480 (4 times larger).

I don't mind which size forum users choose.

I should clarify that you have those two choices if you use the Imageshack Upload feature on this forum. I think photos larger than 640x480 are too big for the forum.

If your photo is already 480x360 for example, choose the 640x480 option on the Imageshack upload. Imageshack won't make the photo larger. It will leave it at 480x360. Choose the 320x240 option if you want to make the photo smaller.
