Default one pot meals

Clearly the site administrator is a gourmet.

Not me. I'm a bit of a lazy cook.

When I travel I especially like 1-pot meals. Stuff like Hamburger Helper.

Any good ideas for simple cooking in a B kitchen? What are your favorites?

Gourmet - Not me!

I'd like to see some easy recipes here also. Most of our meals are cooked on a table top BBQ.

Most of the pictures I see of Marko camping, he's enjoying lunch with his wife at the Camp Restaurant, overlooking the beautiful west coast scenery. Don't know if he's ever use the camping stove. But really, he may actually be a restaurant critic, certainly knows good food.

Now here I thought I'd find a good 1-pot meal recipe from paulm........

I will admit that I did enjoy the Wickaninnish Restaurant. Something about the Great Outdoors ................. Couple more visa payments and I'll have that meal all paid for

Are you still tanning under your 1000 watt Metal Halide while you Barbeque?

Actually, I've read your posts re: your recipes and they seem pretty good to me.

I guess Jambalaya is almost a one pot meal

We do alot of stir fry meals. Cut up the meat and veges into small pieces and quick fry in a bit of olive oil. Dump some oyster sauce on top.

We do 90 percent of our cooking out on the grill and/or camp stove. The only time we cook in the van is when the weather is really bad, or when we're just stopping for a quick meal along the road.

Here I thought that was a beautiful Sunset, than I realized it was the flash.

I like you idea of desert, and the cake looks good too.

Still got a foot of snow here.....
