We just got our 'new-to-us' Roadtrek Agile. The metal pan for the microwave was missing. Can we substitute any metal pan for this? The manual describes the pan as usable on convection or 1/2-time cooking (not for full microwave use). So what is special about this metal? Has anyone substituted some other metal pan for combination cooking? Aluminum? Steel?
