Default Clyde Sisler's - Recipes And Cooking Notes

I have already linked to Clyde's site in our Tweaks, Mods & Projects section. His recipe page is well worth visiting. Here's his comments from his Recipes and Cooking Notes page:

http://www.clydesisler.com/Recipes.htm

I'm camping out of my truck full time. This presents a few problems for me when cooking because I don't have the space for refrigeration, coolers and the like. Nor do I have a lot of cooking gear, also because of space constraints.

Health is another issue. For the most part (not all the time) I stick to a low-fat, low-sodium diet. I stay away from pasta and the like because I tend to pig out on it and weight is a consideration too.

Basic cooking gear consists of 2 Peak Dual-Fuel Backpacker Stoves, a medium sized stainless steel frying pan and a soup size stainless steel pot with lid.

I find myself being reduced to soup and bread as the staple of my diet, trying to get some vegetables. Boring! These recipes are my effort to get some interest back in my food before I switch to junk food again. If there's a rating on the recipe I've tried it, my way.
