We are currently in Southern Colorado, taking the leisurely route back to Minnesota after spending a few days enjoying the New Mexico sunshine.

There's a lot of smoke in the air from the fires out west, so the mountain views are not too great right now, but stop in and say hello anyway.

If it looks like we're not moving, it's because we've lost our internet connnection in the mountains.

Thanks to everyone who joined us. I'm sorry we "lost you" in the mountains. Unfortunately, the most scenic places are usually the ones where we don't get a broadband connection so we can share......

We're back home tonight, after driving pretty much straight thru from El Vado Lake State Park in Northern New Mexico. We'll be back on the road again soon I hope.

I saw you mention Elk Horn, Dave, but Chino drove until 4AM and was sleeping soundly. I didn't want to wake him up. We had lots of snacking stuff in the PW so we didn't stop to eat until we got home.
