Only in Europe, most likely. The RV in the picture has French license plates and a bunch of French flags, probably coming from Europe for a months long trip across North America (or the Americas)

Try getting in touch with Thor (who will be notably unhelpful as always) and try to convince them to start making this model in North America now that they own the Hymer name and company in Europe.

It seems they build it on both the Sprinter and Promaster chassis.
