I think everyone needs to be aware that this is a computer monitor with an analog tuner in it, as I recall from our 07. It will not work on digital signals without a converter box.

Yes that is true , you would need a digital converter box to receive over the air TV signals. The boxes are available anywhere from $9.99 and up on Ebay.
