This is a nice Rialta 22QD It is very road worthy with a recently rebuilt engine and Transmission at a total cost of nearly $14000 (I have receipts). My Wife and 2 kids and I just completed a 36 day trip all across the US and it was comfortable and so easy to get around in, especially in large cites where I was able to park in regular parking spots. It has an expandable bathroom and shower with hot water and a kitchen with a 2 burner stove, microwave and a fridge that runs on propane, 120v a/c or 12v dc and a kitchen sink with hot/cold water. The air conditioners work great as does the central heat system. The tires are nearly new and I also replaced the rear shocks before our trip out west. The cosmetic condition is very nice and I would rate it a 7-8 out of 10. The Rialta has 102k miles while the engine only has 14k and the transmission around 6K.
