Default Bumper cover cap.

Hi, I am looking for the bumper cover cap for a 2002 leisure Travel van Discovery 2. Not a wide bod. The cap is on the drivers side. It covers the sewage storage pipe. I have included a photo of the bumper.
Thanks,

Default Bumper cap

Yes I called LTV. They have had several requests and don't have any and the mold to make more has been destroyed.

In that case, your chances of finding one are low. Is there a plan B? Is there another one on the other end?

No the other end is solid. My plan b was to meke my own replacement. I did that but without an original it was hard to get it right but it will work until I find one or I will try again.

Just throwing this out:

If it were up to me, I would make the cap with fiberglass using a styrofoam mold (see Step 3 here). It wouldn't be perfect but it would do the job.

Default Lift and shocks

Hi Matt, did you get your shocks and lift done? I have been looking at a lift for my LTV dodge 3500. Not much maybe two inches.

Not yet. My order is placed and the spindles should be ready in about 2 weeks. But it won't be done till after my summer vacation. I have a Chevy Van so I'm going with these spindles from Weldtec.

If I'm not mistaken, you have a Dodge. I almost bought a PW right before I ended up buying this one. I even had a deposit in but it was conditionnal to inspection and I told the dealer I wasn't comfortable with the van and went with the RT. I'm glad that I didn't go with the Dodge because there's limited aftermarket support (sorry). The only thing I found was Front Coil Spring Spacer Lift Kit for Chevy, Dodge & GMC 2WD Pickups from Mc Bay Performance.

I heard the ride was harsh so I encourage you to research it more.

BTW, I asked Weldtec if they were willing to do lift spindles for a Dodge Ram Van and his response was "find 5 people to do it and we can make it happen" which I find quite fair.

I hope this helps. Let me know what happens!
