I have a Roadtrek as well and have wondered how I would price my van should I decide to sell it.....how did you do that? NADA prices are not too good for making this determination?
Unfortunately, these things depreciate really fast... someone recently told me about $5 to $6,000 per year even with no mileage.
I understand that all Roadtrek employees have been fired, and the plant is closed. This would mean that any remaining warranty is no longer supported - there's no one there to talk to.
Yes, it's bad news for anyone who is trying to sell a Roadtrek that was covered by their warranty.
The good news is the Canadian version of Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization will happen quickly, they give 30 days, unlike the American process which happens over months or even years. So we will find out relatively quickly if present owners will get warranty coverage back.

Yeah, perhaps his price is ok. But when you got yours, you were expecting the Roadtrek factory warranty and current buyers know they won't be getting it and will take that into consideration. Not such a big hit on used model prices though, in my opinion.
They are a nice and desirable rv. My Airstream Avenue Suite is basically a 190P with wet bath and galley switched to opposite sides. If I hadn't stumbled upon it, the 190P would have been my choice. Can't beat the Chevy reliability and that 6.0L has more than adequate power and good gas mileage.
Glad you are enjoying yours and hope you have many fun miles ahead!

Having been buying RVs since the 1980s I don't expect anything from an RV manufacturer. If the RV you had back then was in business after ten years you were lucky or were driving a Winnie. I can change out an air conditioner, a fridge and can get what I need fabricated. A lot of people can't and must rely on others to do even simple maintenance. Those are the people who are in trouble.
