We are the second owners of this 2004 Roadtrek Versatile 190 (Chevy Chassis) and have all the maintenance and repair records from the day it was built. Runs great, 15-16 mpg highway, 133,400 miles. Seats and sleeps 4, plus dinette, AC/DC gas refrigerator, furnace, cooktop, sink, hot water heater, indoor and outdoor shower, marine toilet, air conditioner. 60K miles left on Michelins; both coach batteries and engine battery replaced 2016. Some dings on the fiberglass ground effects; some rust on rear passenger side door; curtains are faded but good. Some interior cosmetic blemishes consistent with age and use. We have loved and taken care of this vehicle and would not hesitate to take this anywhere. Selling as we are building a new one!
