Default 2003 Dodge roadtrek popular 190 163k miles

2003 Roadtrek 190 Popular

Fully self-contained class b. Will not find a find a class b in this price range and in this condition. Dont let the age and miles fool you. Purchased 3 years ago to travel the U.S. and now its time to let someone else live the van life. I assure that you could load your clothes and supplies and be on the road in the morning this van is that ready.

Van is a florida vehicle from birth with no rust at all. Clean carfax and no damage to interior/exterior of note. The previous owner had the interior completely redone due to to a previous leak around the top windows which is not atypical for this setup. Of course the windows have been repaired and i have not had any issues since. Items i have had done or replaced since purchase.

Remove exterior roadtrek lettering and repaint.
New powertraiin control module (PCM). The main computer for the van and is still under warranty.
New alternator and water pump in last year
New front brakes calipers/lines and master cylinder in last year. Long story but did it anyway
New rear pinion seal in rear end.
Typical services to the transmission and engine as needed.
New tires with under 1000 miles.

All set for the van life with:
Fresh water tank, gray water tank and blackwater tank.
Inside and outside showers with hot water from propane powered water heater
3 way fridge (gas,electric, battery)
2 burner propane stovetop
110v a/c
2.8kw onan generator with 305 hours
Tire pressure monitoring system.
siruis/xm radio with bluetooth and upgraded speakers
Awning
Spare tire and carrier
Setup for solar with foldable 100w panel and custom mounted controller and battery monitor
All interior lights upgraded to led.

Again pictures doesn't do the van justice must see to appreciate.

Completely? A total gut job with all new cabinetry, ceiling upholstery, flooring, subflooring, appliances, utilities?

What are the dimensions of the sleeping area?

I'm just learning about the various class B companies and chassis. Is the wet bath self contained or built in the isle with a drain pan covered by removable flooring?

Thanks! GLWS

I see the tray in the isle. Is there a cover for it or does Roadtrek normally leave it exposed?

sorry should have been clearer in my description. only the interior upholstery was redone. including all door panels, seats, cushions, drapes. etc. it was originally all green on the inside and green and white on the outside. everything else is original. not sure if roadtrek offered a cover but mine didn't come with one.
