Default 1999 Dodge Xplorer 230XLW For Sale Florida

1999 Dodge Xplorer 230 XLW in Florida... with only 64, 405 original miles. Asking $18,000 or best offer~~ !!

Hello. My name is David Kujat. My wife and I bought this wonderful mini RV 2 years ago because we were moving from Michigan to Florida. We are the second owners. We have been down in Florida now for a year and my wife is continuing to drive it as just her regular vehicle. (which an RV does not get the greatest gas mileage as you know) We thought we'd have more time to use it down here for get aways but with our work schedules ( I am a full time musician here working 7 days a week) it just isnt happening. We have now got a home here and would like to sell it due to finances unforunately, because as you all know ... these little RV's are great!! My wife already asked me if we could get an Xplorer again down the road when we are older and have more time to use its benefits. We chose a class B because we wanted to park it under our carport and not pay for storage. If gas prices were better, we would be keeping it!! Some one will really enjoy this RV!!

As you know about these great vehicles it has... kitchen sink, dual stove burner, mini fridge, 2 seats that turn into a single bed, 2 captain chairs, shower/bathroom, airconditioning, furnace, closet for clothes, outdoor shower, awning, and room and hookup for generator (although we never bought one and the orignal buyers never put one in) electric and water hookup works great!! It is carpeted in a nice blue through-out.

Features: $18,000 or best offer!~ Mileage 64, 405 original mileage.

- Bought In Michigan from Original owner so has not been in a flood or hurricane here in Florida.
- 21 feet long and 7'6" wide... Height of highest part of RV is 9'6"
- One of the most stable class B's around.. has dual tires in the back for extra support
-tires are 16
-Dodge Chassis/Engine
-Look up Xplorermotorhome.com They have the story and are the company in Indiana that is continuing on with these RV's
- Excellent condition, other than my wife accidentally hit on the right side the plastic edge on a
gas cement pole, but it has been replaced and painted.. the RV itself was not damaged at all
- V8 360 engine..(Dodge) i believe it is a 5.2 L
-35 gallons of fresh water
-36 gallon gas fuel capacity
-cassette player with great surround sound in the back to the full bed!
-full bed in back IS NOT seats that fold into a bed.. its is a FULL BED so extra comfy! no split!!
-full bed is about 7 feet long so if someones tall you should be okay with that
-interior height is 6'2"
-hitch hookup 750 lbs
-Dodge Xplorer 230XLW extra long extra wide really nice!! easyto park!!

Did you find one? I'm looking but now it's 2016.
Wish I wanted one when the deals were out there.

Four years too late and $17,000 cheaper than what they want for them now.
Since the price went up so fast in four years it makes me wonder if the price will drop. I think $25,000 is fair but not $35,000.

Default popularity of the Xplorer

Xplorer's are popular because there are several internet, youtube
celebs who tout them. But popularity is fleeting. For example, I own
two 50 year old plus electric guitars. When major rock bands were
using these two guitars, I could have commanded my price.

Now, years later, I can probably get a little more than I paid for
them .... but again, if a major musician showed up on the scene
using these guitars, the price would skyrocket.

I think the best players that know tone still prefer Les Pauls, Stratocasters and Telecasters and to a lesser extent SG's, Explorers and Firebirds. Do you have any pictures of your guitars you could post?
I know I want a 1998-2003 Xplorer 230XLWT and really hope I can get one for decent price, maybe in some little town in Louisiana or something, in about a year when I've saved enough money. I agree about YouTube and believe those guys are asking twice what they paid for them.
