Default 100 Roadtreks heading to Prince Edward Island

Actually, the total is over 100!

It's the PEI Fall Chapter Rally http://www.peifallchapterrally.com/ September 9th to 13th, 2013

Looks like a great mix of Roadtrek owners from all over the US and Canada.

If our fall trip hadn't been cancelled/shortened/whatever, we probably would have been getting to Prince Edward Island right around then, it would have been interesting.

Marcopolo Campground was one of the ones we looked at online. I think we even suggested it might be the ideal place for our own Markpolo to go visit, and in his neighborhood.

That is very good turnout.

Maybe if we'd waited until this rally, before heading east, it would have turned out better.
Fate, luck, call it what you will, our last trip east was a lot less than expected.
If I recall correctly, PEI's prices are about 3-6% higher than the rest of Canada, for just about everything. Probably a premium for added transportation costs to get stuff to the island. We stopped at the little shopping village located near the end of the Confed Bridge on the island. We browsed a few stores, looking for some basics, and were surprised at the pricing on some staples.
