Was having issues with my FIREFLY as I would open the APP and it would time out or drop connection or provide poor information. I called Firefly and learned I was not alone as there are YouTube videos on switching out the old module for the new. The Module is located behind the Control Panel in the Coachmen Galleria 2021.
It was easy as it required turning off the controller and unscrewing panel screws and two on the old Vega touch module. Replaced with the new (I hope my photo attached is shown here). Hope you can see this YOUTUBE video as it was helpful for me to perform the switch and I also watched the Firefly YouTube video. Whatever works for you as this is very costly if you do it after the warranty.
