Shower head replacement

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone has replaced the cheap plastic shower heads that come originally with some of our vans, .My 97 roadtrek came with these white plastic shower heads that really offer almost no pressure at all. I am interested in replacing both the shower , and the one attatched to the outdoor shower.I think the threads on the RV plumbing are different sizes than standard plumbing, but Im sure somebody, somewhere has done it before me,,,,,, let me know if you have any ideas,,,, thanks,,,,,,, take care,,,,,,
