Roadtrek rear vent replacment

Hi, I have a 1999 Roadtrek 190 versatile with some damage to the vent in the rear, just above the rear door, just below the vent of the A/C unit.
I need some advice on how to remove the old one (I suspect installation will be the reverse of removal).
Can anybody help me with this?

Did you figure it out? I am trying to get top vent back in place, came here to find the secret!

Having new rubber might be helpful. You should be able to get it from a windshield shop.
