How to remove exterior faucet 95 RT Chev Popular

Hi everyone. How would I go about opening this "box" that appears to be 1 piece, so I can replace the faucet? Looks like plumbing and electrical all going in there. Thanks!
Also, would this replacement work?

I don't have a Roadtrek, but from looking at it, I'd bet that the black plate is snapped into place. Maybe gently pry with a standard dcrewdriver to see if it pops out, revealing the backside where the nuts hold the faucet in place.

On some of those faucets the cartridges are replaceable.
Dumb question, is it possibly accessible from inside?

It just looks like a train wreck and I have other plumbing to do after it’s repaired so I can’t risk “fixing it” not working.

The hot water tank is located right above this entire area.

There is access from undercarriage, in front of rear wheel. A very tiny hole you can barely fit your hand through to access the lock nuts and plumbing nuts. You can't see, can only fit 1 hand if you're lucky, and barely any tool
