I have had 4 class b vans. Gulfstream, Roadtrek, Great West, and now Grech. The support that you receive from Grech is by far the best. They have very knowledgeable people available by phone to help with issues.
For example, my propane solenoid quit working while I was in Jasper Canada. The propane is important to me since the generator is the quick way to recharge the battery without plugging in. I called Grech at around 5pm central time and was immediately connected to David Reagan, the director of research for Grech. He identified the problem as a bad switch and provided a work around to get me back up and running until I could get to a place to have a replacement switch sent to. Once, I got home, they overnighted to me a switch at no charge.
On at least three other occasions, I needed some form of technical advice. They always had someone available to immediately help get me pointed in the right direction with great advice.
IF you are on the fence about purchasing a Grech B Van, be assured that they are there to stand behind there products.....
