Dometic Duo-Therm Thermostat Replacement

I have a 2010 Agile with a Dometic Duo-Therm that has a manual control. Not much for temperature settings as you can see and just low, medium, or high for fan as far as I can tell. Is there a thermostat that will work with this unit model 3105457.018. I know that it's possible to put a thermostat on any ac unit or heat pump but I would like something that is as close to plug and play as possible. I've attached a picture of the "thermostat part of the controls. (I hope it's attached)
