Best B for Full Timing Couple?

We could full-time in our 136” PM self build except for the shop for hobbies, as someone else mentioned. Three months is a breeze. I don't know if I personally could do it in a factory build. It makes a huge difference that everything is as I want it. I understand the trade-off decisions that have to be made because I made them. Space is so well-organized that I even have a 1/2"-deep drawer, no face frames on cabinets, etc. Absolutely everything has a designated place.
