Just about finished spit shining a "new" 2000 QD and living in Weatherford, TX. We have never camped in our lives but will have our inaugural adventure in Galveston at Jamaica Beach after the Mardi Gras crowds head for home. If we survive we will plan to check off Palo Duro Canyon in the next few weeks. Any meetups planned in Texas?

I`ve been camping for 45 years …tent , trailer tent ,big RV and now a rialta ….


Galveston area is magnificent drive by the beach


GO to Corpus Cristi by the shore …..stop by at Port Lavaca ( big Walmart ) and go see the beach at Magnolia ....you can boondock free ,and they have shoowers & clean retsrooms too
