I have the 2 6V batteries on the passenger side and the additional 2 6V batteries under the van. The side batteries are easily accessible. I am wondering how the 2 batteries underneath are removed? I plan to use ramps and a low profile lift. Anyone done this with any advice?

Use motorcycle left, I used it for mounting water tanks. Here is a similar one from Home Depot:
