hot water heater

Hello all, We live in our bullet premier full time. We are in northeast ohio and its pretty hold. My question is how do i keep my suppy lines going to the tankless hot water heater from freezing. i have cold water just no hot water. It keeps cycling on saying fd. any help would be great.

Our new camper water heater anode rod was almost eaten up when I pulled it to drain the heater. We had the same basic 1 year life on the 2 motor homes we had prior to this camped. That seems odd to me. How long do others get from a Anode rod?
