Just back from Willow Springs International Racetrack - 3 days of Motorcycle Instructing and racing with my TrailManor. Brought my Suzuki VanVan along as a pit bike and even got to put a few laps in on her! TrailManor performed beautifully!

- here is the link to the post from how I added my Motorcycle Hitch to my Trail Manor.

Nice. I'm really curious what it does to your tongue weight though. Do you need to compensate by putting some heavy items in the front of the TM? Just curious here.

I wish I could do this with the motorcycle that I want but it’s over 8ft long and weighs over 600lbs…

Very cool. I want to do something similar with mine. I have a couple small dirt bikes and a dual motorcycle hitch carrier.

In your other post you said:
My biggest concern was and still is TM sway and fishtailing while under tow because I have added almost 400lbs to the rear. My plan B was to add an anti sway tow accessory to my front hitch to possibly rectify that scenario. So far unnecessary. ... All this said - yes it works, no it doesn't fishtail at speeds upto 60mph and I don't notice the additional weight when towing.

After towing with this setup some more have you noticed any stability issues? Did you ever add a weight distributing hitch and notice if it helped? Did you have issues over 60mph / what's the top speed you were able to safety tow at?

Rather a late reply - but I have now done multiple camping trips with my TrailManor rig and motorcycle on the back (rear hitch carrier) and I have experienced absolutely NO issues with the extra weight at the tail - no fish tailing and my braking (stoping distance) seems consistent - the downside is that the bike has to be taken off of the rear carrier when I want to open up the rig - but to me that is a very minor negative to being able to bring a motorcycle with me when I camp in my trailmanor - I have had the towing speed up to 70mph, also with no issues, but I tend to keep it at 55 - 60mph max - slow and steady wins the race - and as a CHP / CMSP motorcycle safety instructor I am absolutely forbidden to get any speeding tickets plus my MPG sucks when towing at higher speeds.

Have you actually weighed your hitch weight when the TM is loaded and ready-to-camp, and the bike is on the back? There is a CAT scale at a truck stop near you, and ten bucks or so will give you the answer. Please let us know.
