Awning Roller Replacement

Hi there,

Does anyone know where I could possibly find a replacement roller and awning for a 2007 22ft HiLo? It's an 8500 model roller and is 14 feet across from arm to arm.. My pin broke up against one of the arms and from what I can gather, it's part of the roller itself. I spoke with A&E Dometics and this model is no longer made and have none in stock. Thanks for any assistance you can offer!

Last March I was at my HiLo dealer. The owner Kim Mantelli was clearing out the attic of HiLo parts. She had a complete awning and all hardware.716-625-8877. I can't remember the size other than it was a shorter one than our 26ft.HiLo Classic. A good time to ask as it is their non busy season. My guess is the price would be reasonable plus postage. Hope this works out for you. Tell her Ann sent you.

Thanks! I checked with Kim and the size simply wouldn't fit my HiLo. Thanks for the info. The hunt continues.
