The dreaded de-lamination!

We have a 2009 27T. Last summer we noticed the wall on the upper half of the camper, to the right of the door has begun to look saggy, it has indeed begun to de laminate. On the lower half the wall is strong but - the wood trim that runs horizontally, that serves as the top of the lower half is tilted outward. I know I have photos of it but can't seem to find them. I will attach as soon as they are located. We also think it is time for a new roof. There was repair or re-coating done before we bought it but still getting a bit of leaking and want to get that stopped.

We are in NW Indiana but would haul it some place to have it repaired. We just don't have a good place to work on it indoors and would like to get ir fixed before camping season.

Any suggestions?????

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It would cost you more than the trailer than it is worth to have a shop fix your problems. Have you taken out all of your windows and resealed them.? This could be the cause of the delamination. We used Externabond tape to seal our roof on the soft spots. I feel your pain as we had to do these repairs on our 1990 25ft. Classic. Check out West Marino for delamination supplies/kit. Perhaps you could find a handy person willing to do these repairs.

Thank you for responding and the product recommendations. Hadn't considered resealing the windows, that's probably a good idea in general.

Yes, you are right, lower half is in good shape, it's the top, just about 2 feet of wall involved
