The service tech that will do the diagnosis and repairs has said he'll deal with that issue for me. His real speciality in RV's is the Electrical. He has a 5 star rating, which is so rare for anyone in the RV service business.

From what little we can see, there is NO indication of any lights on. We have concluded that the PD is plugged into an outlet that does have power at it.

Great info, thanks. So far, we have found no remote "pendant" that lets us user define the PD9200 state. Do you know, since these batteries are only showing 0.3 volts in each, will the PD9200 even attempt to charge?

We found the PD Converter, 9200S sits squashed behind the panel! NO room to maneuver back there. But, at least we now know where it is at.
