Did you hook up the trailer to the tow vehicle and turn the truck's headlights on? The camera gets power from the trailer's running lights.

Yep, that's why the Tires and Loading yellow payload sticker says "Occupants(including the driver)and cargo should not exceed xxxxlbs"...

Did the selling dealer not give you a PDI/walk-through before you took possession of the trailer? Did they give you a starter package...

But have you actually weighed it? I have a tongue weight scale. Others use a CAT scale. "Figure" is not accurate.
