Re: Roadtrek
Mike created 3 files an Open Document Spreadsheet(.csv), an audible alert(.MP3), and an icon(.bmp), for all the official Roadtrek Dealers and Service locations in North America with the assistance of Peter Lange from Roadtrek who provided the raw data.
There's even one in Alaska, and a showroom in Japan. There are 76 dealers and 33 service locations, in the spreadsheet, listed in that order. The file can be massaged through the Garmin POI Loader, and then uploaded to a Garmin or other compatible GPS unit.
They're not very large, .csv 11kb, .mp3 73kb, .bmp 2kb.
There is no warranty as to the accuracy of the data either expressed or implied, etc., etc.......

(I did my best to get accurate location coords off Google Maps, and I believe the data to be as accurate as possible, assuming Peter's input was also accurate).

Roadtrek 200
I guess anyone that owns a 200 Roadie is SOL when it comes to parts as nowhere on the site do they list 200's. I contacted Home Park Kitchener with serial number and the vehicle doesn't show up in the system. Love the manufacturers that ignore customers and still expect brand loyalty. I was trying to get a tailpipe and was told that it is a GM part but the chassis was lengthened so no parts show up in GM system. Also need door handle for the entry door to the camper but not GM part.
Any one out there with a 200 have a parts source?

The 200 was made on a cutaway and ended in the early 2000s. I don't think the chassis was lengthened on them, only on the later 210 model Chevies. Even on a 210 the lengthening is behind the exhaust exit on the side, so it would still use a stock van tail pipe, I think.
I think you may want to try again with Roadtrek and the VIN#. They should have it on record. I don't recall other 200 owners having any difficulty. Of course with a 15+ year old RV, there are going to be a lot of discontinued parts, with all brands.
The Roadtrek site has brochures and owner manuals for the 200 models, or at least they did the last time I looked, so you may want to look again at that.

My serial number does come up as a cutaway but when one goes on websites looking for exhaust it only lists 137" wheelbase, mine is 140+ so my search keeps coming up short, I probably have to go to custom made exhaust.
The door handle is more of a concern as it will eventually break off and will be a problem.

I would be will to bet that nobody lengthens a cutaway in front of the wheels.
Roadtrek has apparently removed the old brochures, but the 200 manual is still there. I did find a Roadtrek brochure that lists the wheel base at 139", and also some old GM literature for cutaways that said the same 139". Wheel base can change with alignment and such so some variation is expected.
The 135" wheelbase is for a full body van, you need to find the exhaust for a cutaway chassis.
https://www.rvroundtable.com/wp-cont....AllModels.pdf
Take a look at your RPO code sticker which is about 2 by 3 inches and likely on one of the doors or door posts. It will be full of letter/number codes. My guess is that you will have an E23 RPO code on it which is for a 139" wheelbase, single rear wheel, cutaway chassis.
It very well may be possible that a cutaway model might be shipped without the tailpipe because they would be used for lots of different bodies. Just the last pipe to the rear would be missing, I think. A GM dealer may be able to clear it up by VIN number as they often have access to a full parts list, but not always, especially that far back. Of course, Roadtrek should also be able to tell you if they added the tailpipe or not.

You need to call the Roadtrek factory for information. Walker only makes exhaust for the full body vans that are 135" wheelbase or the 155" long version. Does it say cutaway on anything at Walker, no I bet. See what the GM dealer says.
You seem to not really want help, or you would have gotten the point, so I am done.

I just had the muffler and tail pipe replaced.
I took it to a shop that bends pipe stock to fit where it goes. These shops are quite common and not too terribly priced. A lot less inventory to carry so that helps reduce costs.
I would say that due to the many different uses for a cut away van nobody can really stock all of the variations of pre bent exhaust systems.
IRRC, the bill for the exhaust came in at $250 for a new muffler and stainless tail pipe. The rest of the exhaust is still solid on a 2000 200 with 185k miles on it, impressive.
