Nope, but I can see why they left it out on the Versatile. It is behind the wardrobe in the Popular. You could add it. You would have to cut three large openings in steel. It plumbs to the aft end of the tank. You could check for a fitting there

Normal behavior. My 11C290P water heater does the same. If the light remains on the water is not heating.
