Is your drivers seat turned around also in that picture? If so, is there a trick to that? I have not been able to do that but have not tried 100%. Maybe adjust the tilt steering wheel? Thanks,

Yes it's a little tricky getting it 180 . I open the drivers door it helps.
the picture with me in the seat in my Album that's rotated 90 degrees Rt. and that's easy to do ,,I think I still open the door tho.
An yes I tilt the wheel but to center not all the way up. All the way up you hit the bottom of the wheel. At least on mine.
I forgot to mention I slide the seat all the way back, turn, slide seat forward, turn then slide the seat back as far as it will go.
Ya it's a bit of a pain an I always forget something. Like I can never find the lever under the seat...here it is ya like that...Lol
