Roadtrek Simplicity - Add

I have a 2017 Roadtrek Simplicity with double rear doors. I want to add a 2-mountain bike carrier on the back which will allow me to open both rear doors without removing bicycles.

For those who have one of these racks and loves what they have, I would love to know what you've got.
