Fiamma Awning Parts

I went to their web site, even found prices for the parts that I need. Just couldn't figure out how to actually order the parts.

Went back to the web site. Found a list of dealers. Went to web site of one I recognized (Camping World) and started online chat. Was given a phone number. Went to another dealer's web site. Not finding the online order form, I gave up there as well. Is there not an online RV parts distributer somewhere (in the US)?

I ordered directly from Fiamma. Delivery was fast and there were no problems with the order.

the best way is to call their office in Orlando USA, and they will have it delivered the next day, I tried to order off the website, but could never complete the order, but at least you can get the item#, and prices, and when you call its really easy,,,,hope this helps,,,,

I emailed Fiamma, they replied, so I called and the parts are on order. Not too difficult, but it would be nice to have a more interactive web site.

I bought Fiamma awning parts at www.gowesty.com several years ago. I just checked and the site is still there. They specialize in parts and accessories for Westfalia Vans which typically used Fiamma awnings.

I am also looking for a Fiamma right end cap for the FS45 with motor (different than the regular Fiamma end cap) I could order from Fiamma but the cost is over $250 for a piece of plastic that never should have come loose in the first place. Anybody got one hanging around they would like to sell for a reasonable price. I'm in the process of crafting my own but not sure how good it will turn out. thanks

Check Ebay

I have seen fiamma end caps listed on E-Bay. Might have what you are looking for.

I just ordered an awning from them you need to order the parts by email or phone as previous poster suggested. Phone is best.

Fiamma Troubles

Just a reminder for those that do not know or remember the Fiamma dealer in Orlando Florida was the site of a horrific shooting in 2017. They may be still trying to come back from that. I did receive an order from them in 2018 but could only do it from their website and expect to wait a bit longer than normal.

Fiama is back in business and running at full capacity. I just ordered an awning from them last Wednesday. Got my brackets for it today and awning will be here Friday.
So order away if you want a Fiama or need parts

This is an old thread, but it still seems like a common problem.
I'm looking for the end caps for my fiamma 45,but everything online shows the crank on the right hand side. Mine is on the left,so the end cap are opposite. Just another frustration!
I'll open it up and get the serial number, then contact fiamma USA.

I got my end caps for F45 from gowesty.com better price than fiamma and quick to ship

it's as if they WANT business

Mike
