really for us- we are fine with the 20 minutes it takes to stow the gear and drive the van for groceries or whatever- maybe not everyday but once in a while.
anything towed negates the prime advantages of a B but if you need it you need it.
I have a honda 90 and a carrier- have test mounted it at home but still have not bothered taking it along, ditto bikes
part of that is we have a dog who always needs exercise and so do I

sometimes I use an electric scooter - Jetson. They are really light (around 100 lbs) and not really much more expensive than a good quality gas scooter. Lighter and no maintenance.
I've 'towed' both Jeep Wrangler & motorcycle trailer with a RoadTrek 'B'.
Not far & not fast. It's doable, but not fun. Requires constant attention.
Kinda defeats purpose & maneuverability of the 'B'.
But I'll do it again when just gotta have
Mcycle or Jeep.
I drove to Texas in a Ford Ranger to pick up my new Dodge Promaster Sportsmobile. Then I towed the truck back to New York with the four wheels on the ground. No problem. The truck had a manual transmission.
Some cars have transmission lubrication issues.
Some are hard to get the brakes working right.
